Each journey is thoughtfully structured to align with the client’s preferences, priorities, and travel style, while ensuring a seamless and elevated experience from start to finish.

This service reflects the value of working with a dedicated travel advisor who brings structure, expertise, and continuity to every stage of planning and travel.

    Flights, accommodations, excursions, and key logistics are researched, secured, and managed on the client’s behalf.

    Travel insurance options are presented and reviewed as part of the planning process. If coverage is declined or purchased independently, a signed waiver acknowledging this decision is required.

    Guidance and assistance are provided before, during, and after travel, ensuring support is available at every stage.

    Shopping, souvenirs, and optional purchases made during travel.
  • Travel documentation
    Passports, visas, and entry requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility. Guidance is provided as needed.

  • On-the-ground incidental expenses
    Items such as taxis, ride shares, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, and porterage are not included unless specifically outlined in the itinerary.
  • External disruptions
    Costs related to circumstances outside of agency control, including weather, delays, cancellations, missed connections, government actions or shutdowns, political or civil unrest, and other unforeseen or force majeure events, remain the traveler’s responsibility.
  • Step 1: Discovery & Consultation
    Travel goals, preferences, and priorities are reviewed though a personalized consultation, held by phone, virtually, or in person (when local), to establish the foundation for the itinerary and overall travel experience.
  • Step 2: Engagement & Retainer Confirmation
    Following the consultation, a detailed recap, Collaboration Agreement, and planning retainer invoice are provided. To move forward, the agreement is accepted, the retainer is submitted, and the client profile form is completed. Once the retainer is received, the engagement is confirmed and itinerary design begins. Proposal timelines are outlined in advance and vary based on the scope and complexity of the itinerary.
  • Step 3: Custom Itinerary Development
    A tailored travel proposal is designed based on the client’s vision, preferences, and priorities. Each itinerary is thoughtfully structured to balance experience, logistics, and overall flow.
  • Step 4: Approval, Booking & Coordination 
    Following review, the itinerary is refined as needed. Once approved, travel components are secured. Payments are authorized and processed directly with the appropriate travel suppliers, and all reservations are confirmed and managed to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Step 5: Pre-Travel Preparation & Ongoing Support
    Final travel documents and preparation details are typically provided approximately two weeks prior to departure, depending on the itinerary. Support remains available leading up to travel, throughout the journey, and post-return to assist with any final details or follow-up.
  • The Signature Concierge Experience is offered with a planning retainer starting at $300. Final pricing is based on the complexity, scope, and overall level of customization required for the itinerary.
  • The planning retainer is paid directly to Scenic Locations Leisure Travel and secures a dedicated place in the planning calendar from the start of the engagement through the client’s return from travel. It covers consultation, research, itinerary design, booking coordination, and ongoing support throughout the travel experience.
  • This planning retainer reflects the professional services provided by a travel advisor, including research, design, and ongoing support throughout the travel experience.
  • This approach ensures each client receives focused attention, thoughtful design, and a structured planning experience.
  • Travel costs such as flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and other components are quoted separately and paid directly to the appropriate travel suppliers at the time of booking.
  • For more complex or long-range travel planning, including extended timelines or highly customized itineraries, retainer fees may be higher.
  • For highly customized itineraries, including fully independent arrangements, private tours, or net-rate bookings, additional service fees may apply based on the structure of the itinerary and supplier requirements. When applicable, these fees are payable to Scenic Locations Leisure Travel prior to travel and are always clearly outlined in advance.
