From your first consultation to final boarding pass, Stacia is the steady hand behind the scenes, guiding each journey with intention, clarity, and heart.

Her approach is rooted in listening between the lines, anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and designing travel experiences that feel seamless, thoughtful, and fully aligned from start to finish.

Based in Reno, Nevada, Stacia built Scenic Locations Leisure Travel to create a more intentional, personalized approach to travel planning. When she’s not traveling herself, she’s at home with her husband David and their four very loved (and slightly chaotic) dogs, staying connected with her daughter and grand-dog, and planning her next escape somewhere warm and coastal.

Behind-the-Scenes Operations & Travel Partner
David is the quiet force behind the scenes at Scenic Locations Leisure Travel, the one handling tech snafus, tracking down lost bags, and keeping things moving when chaos hits. With a deep love of the world and a steady belief in Stacia’s vision, he’s been her biggest supporter and adventure partner for nearly 30 years.

While he’s not directly involved in the day-to-day client work, David brings a calm, grounded presence to everything they do and does help plan their personal travels. He share’s Stacia’s love for island life, coastal escapes, and meaningful travel, especially when the itinerary involves diving, great photography or a scenic bar with a solid rum or whiskey pour.

Fun fact: David spent eight years living in Germany, where he graduated high school, sparking a lifelong appreciation for global cultures, history, and bratwurst.

As an affiliate advisor with Scenic Locations Leisure Travel, Hilary works with clients under the SLLT planning framework to deliver personalized, well-structured travel experiences. Whether it’s a cruise, a family getaway, a milestone celebration, or a long-dreamed-of international adventure, she focuses on the details so clients can focus on the experience.

She works closely with each client to understand how they like to travel, what matters most to them, and what will make their trip feel seamless and memorable. From the first conversation through their return home, Hilary provides guidance, answers questions, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Based in the Orlando area, Hilary lives with her husband and their dogs and cats. When she’s not planning travel, she enjoys getting lost in a good book and exploring new destination ideas.

Hilary is also the owner of Life in Color Travel, operating in collaboration with Scenic Locations Leisure Travel.
