How it Works

Clients complete a short request form outlining their destination, travel preferences, and key trip details. The form includes acknowledgment of the Collaboration Agreement and service terms. - Step 2: Payment & Confirmation
The planning fee is submitted to initiate the research process. Work begins once payment is received. - Step 3: Research & Guide Creation
Scenic Locations Leisure Travel conducts professional travel research and develops a customized destination guide with curated recommendations aligned to the client’s preferences. - Step 4: Guide Delivery
The completed destination guide is delivered within approximately 7 to 10 business days, depending on the scope of the request and current volume. - Step 5: Book at Your Own Pace
Clients use the guide to book their travel independently. Direct booking links may be provided when available, or clients may choose their preferred booking method.
Pricing
- The Insider Insights Experience is offered with a flat planning fee starting at $300 for trips up to 7 travel days within one destination.
- This fee includes professional travel research and the creation of a personalized destination guide featuring a curated recommendation for accommodations, along with suggested experiences, activities, and essential travel insights.
- For multi-destination trips, extended travel durations, or more complex requests, custom pricing will be provided based on scope.
- The planning fee is paid directly to Scenic Locations Leisure Travel and covers research, curation, and delivery of the destination guide.
- Travel bookings, including accommodations, flights, tours, and other components, are completed independently by the client and are not included in this service.
- Pricing is subject to change; all fees will be confirmed prior to payment.
- Once research has begun, fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.
