How it Works
- Step 1: Select & Sign:
Select the Insider Insights Experience, review and sign the agreement outlining inclusions, exclusions, and acknowledgments. - Step 2: Complete the Intake Form:
Complete a detailed questionnaire outlining travel preferences, interests, and key trip details. - Step 3: Payment & Confirmation:
Submit the planning fee invoice to initiate the research process. - Step 4: Research & Guide Creation:
Scenic Locations Leisure Travel conducts destination research and compiles the customized guide. - Step 5: Delivery:
The completed destination guide is delivered within an estimated 7-10 business days, based on request volume.
Pricing
- The Insider Insights Experience begins at $300 for trips up to 7 travel days and one destination.
- This flat rate includes a personalized destination guide with curated accommodations, activities, and tips tailored to each client’s preferences.
- For multi-destination trips, extended itineraries, or specialized requests (such as private tours, wellness retreats, or cultural immersion experiences), a custom quote will be provided after the intake form is received and reviewed.
- Pricing is subject to change; all fees will be confirmed prior to payment.
- Once research has begun, fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.
