- Direct access to exclusive rates or perks: I offer insights on top options, but access to upgrades or discounts depends on your own bookings.
- Personalized itinerary scheduling: While I provide curated recommendations, I do not create a detailed day-by-day schedule.
- Handling of travel documents or confirmations: You will be responsible for managing reservations, tickets, and confirmations.
How it Works
- Step 1: Select & Sign: Choose this experience, sign the agreement outlining inclusions/exclusions, and acknowledge the waiver.
- Step 2: Complete the Intake Form: Fill out a questionnaire detailing your travel preferences, likes, and must-haves.
- Step 3: Payment & Confirmation: Submit the planning fee invoice before work begins.
- Step 4: Research & Guide Creation: I conduct thorough research and compile your customized destination guide.
- Step 5: Delivery: Your guide is delivered within an estimated 7-10 business days, based on request volume.
Pricing
- The Insider Insights Experience begins at $300 for trips up to 7 travel days and one destination.
- This flat rate includes a personalized destination guide with curated accommodations, activities, and tips tailored to your preferences.
- For multi-destination trips, extended itineraries, or specialized requests (e.g., private tours, wellness retreats, or cultural immersion experiences), a custom quote will be provided after the intake form is received and reviewed.
- Pricing is subject to change, and current rates will be confirmed before payment.
