What You’ll Receive
- Includes everything in the Insider Insights Experience: Custom destination guide, expert recommendations, curated travel tips, and insider insights to help you make informed decisions.
- Comprehensive trip management: From itinerary design to post-trip follow-up, I ensure seamless execution every step of the way.
- Personalized itinerary creation: Custom-designed travel plans based on your preferences, including accommodations, activities, and special experiences.
- Exclusive booking & logistics: I manage flights, hotels, excursions, dining reservations, and all necessary travel arrangements.
- Proactive support: From the moment planning begins until you return home, I provide continuous assistance to ensure a worry-free journey.
What is Not Part of This Service
- Personal expenses: Costs for shopping, souvenirs, and personal activities are not included.
- Trip insurance: I offer travel insurance options to protect your trip investment. If you choose to purchase insurance elsewhere or decline coverage, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging your decision.
- Visa/passport processing: I provide guidance, but securing travel documents is your responsibility.
- Medical coverage & vaccinations: I can offer recommendations, but any required health measures are at your discretion.
- On-the-ground expenses: Transportation and transfers noted in your itinerary will be pre-arranged and pre-paid when possible. Any additional transportation expenses, such as taxis, ride-shares, or other unplanned transit, are your responsibility at the time of service. Meals and other incidental expenses are also not pre-paid unless explicitly included in your itinerary. Additionally, baggage fees, porterage, and handling of lost or delayed luggage are not included and are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Changes outside of my control: While I assist with rebooking and alternative solutions, any costs related to weather delays, airline cancellations, missed flights, additional accommodations due to failure to follow provided guidance, missing a cruise departure, detainment by authorities, or lost/stolen identification are the traveler’s responsibility.

- Step 3: Retainer Fee & Confirmation: Submit the retainer fee invoice to officially begin the itinerary design process.
- Step 4: Custom Itinerary Design: I’ll craft a detailed itinerary with carefully selected accommodations, excursions, and travel logistics, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.
- Step 5: Effortless Booking & Coordination: From flights and hotels to cruises and curated activities, I handle all reservations, ensuring every detail is flawlessly arranged—no stress, no surprises.
- Step 6: Pre-Trip Support & On-the-Go Assistance: Before departure, I provide everything you need to travel confidently, from essential travel documents, expert tips and itinerary details. If you need support while traveling, I’m here for you and just a message away!
Pricing
- The Signature Concierge Experience is available for a retainer fee based on the complexity and scope of your trip.
- This fee will be clearly outlined during your complimentary consultation (step 1) before any work begins.
- Pricing is subject to change, and current rates will be confirmed before payment. Retainers are non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
