Yes. A professional services retainer fee is required to begin planning. This is the fee you pay for my time, research, expertise, and guidance. The commission suppliers build into the cost of travel is their "thank you" for using their brand — not a substitute for my services. 

No. Planning retainers are non-refundable. This ensures that my time, knowledge, and effort are protected, even if travel plans change. 

Because every trip is different, pricing for professional services varies based on the level of support you need. After your consultation, I’ll recommend the best service option and quote the corresponding retainer or planning fee. You’ll always know the costs up front — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Cancellation policies depend on your specific travel supplier (resort, cruise line, etc.) and will be detailed clearly during the planning process. Planning retainers are always non-refundable.

Yes! I offer a system that allows clients to break their payments into installments for easier budgeting (terms and eligibility will be discussed during planning).

However, if questions arise that are easier to discuss, I’ll always pick up the phone to ensure you’re fully supported.
